We have appointed Hannah Tee to help expand our Individual Adviser Recruitment service for network members.
We launched this membership benefit in 2024 to focus solely on sourcing new advisers to help our existing AR firms grow their businesses.
Our team is currently handling 130 vacancies across our AR firms, meaning they don’t need to spend thousands of pounds per role on third-party recruitment agency fees.
Hannah is superbly qualified for the role, having previously worked as a CeMAP-certified mortgage and protection adviser. Her career began more than a decade ago in insurance before she became an adviser, most recently with Visionary Finance and Nationwide.
As a result, she understands exactly what business principals are looking for and recognises that the ideal candidate varies depending on each AR firm’s business model. Styles of engagement, levels of responsibility and the support provided differ considerably across adviser firms, with highly experienced advisers who are comfortable generating their own leads remaining in the shortest supply.
